Find the root cause and personalized solution for your problem.
At Beyond PT, we provide orthopedic physical therapy specializing in 1:1 patient care. We have a deep commitment to personalized care, and take a holistic, root cause approach to pain/injuries. Our intent is to empower our clients to take charge of their physical health without medications, injections, or surgery. We provide multiple hands on modalities such as dry needling, joint mobilizations, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and more. We also provide a therapeutic exercise program that is specifically tailored to your needs and goals.

Car Accidents
If you've been involved a motor vehicle accident and would like to use the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) from your car insurance, Beyond Physical Therapy will bill your car insurance company. We do NOT take medical or personal injury leins.
Health Insurance
Beyond Physical Therapy operates outside the confines of insurance limitations. We are not contracted with commercial insurances or medicare plans. Insurance often restricts services to a specific injured part rather than treating the person as a whole. It also undervalues the importance of both prevention and high-level performance as these services are typically not covered. At Beyond PT there are “No Limits” to your care. Your treatment is 100% tailored to meet your needs, and we focus on training you to independently manage your condition rather than being dependent on frequent follow-up appointments. By doing this, we are able to spend MUCH more quality time with our clients.
While Beyond PT is out-of-network with your insurance, if you have a condition that warrants physical therapy intervention or other services typically covered by insurance, a detailed invoice (called a super-bill) will be provided to you at your request so you can file with your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Please let us know during the first visit if you plan on trying to get reimbursed by your insurance company. We cannot guarantee what amount, if any, will be reimbursed. You can get more information regarding your out-of-network physical therapy benefits by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
Pricing
The cost of your 1 on 1 physical therapy evaluation is $199. Because each person’s needs are different depending on what they are going through, it would be hard to provide an exact number for what your treatment plan will be like before your PT meets with you. Follow up sessions are typically less than $199, depending on your plan of care. Some of our clients come once a week, some come 2x/month, and some just 1x/month, and some clients are purely digital. Your PT will give you an exact recommendation for you to get the best results according to your situation at your first appointment.
HSA/FSA
We accept HSA and FSA cards, as physical therapy is a medical service.
Do I need a referral/prescription from my physician?
No. In the state of Washington, patients have "Direct Access" to PT and you do not need a referral from your health care provider. However, if you plan on trying to get reimbursed by your insurance company then they might require a referral.
